Our Policies
Our Total Care Program works directly with our contract staff 24/7 to ensure all of their needs are taken care of, it includes, but is not limited to legal, diplomatic and taxation support, coordination of travel logistics, relocation of personnel when needed, timecard and timesheet upkeep, or any issues that may arise during the tenure of an employee.
Our Total Care team’s main objective is to make sure our contractors feel part of our organization, we believe the main issues of contract staff is the lack of belonging to a company. This intangible benefit creates an emotional value of assurance, reliability, trust & caring to any SGF employee.
Part of our DNA is the commitment to the highest standards for the health, safety, integrity and well being of our employees, workers and clients, as well as to the protection of the environment in the communities in which we live and work. SGF Global has their own In House HSE team with its own policies, working together with our clients HSE Departments to minimize risks & job related accidents.
