Our Policies
Our Total Care Program works directly with our contract staff 24/7 to ensure all of their needs are taken care of, it includes, but is not limited to legal, diplomatic and taxation support, coordination of travel logistics, relocation of personnel when needed, timecard and timesheet upkeep, or any issues that may arise during the tenure of an employee.
Our Total Care team’s main objective is to make sure our contractors feel part of our organization, we believe the main issues of contract staff is the lack of belonging to a company. This intangible benefit creates an emotional value of assurance, reliability, trust & caring to any SGF employee.
